AGE REQUIREMENT: The driver needs to be of the minimum age of 21.
DRIVER’S LICENCE: A valid driving licence held for at least one year is required.
ΜINIMUM RENTAL: One day. The customer will be charged for the whole day of the rental if drop off is delayed.
DEPOSITS: Deposits for estimated charges are required at the beginning of rental. No deposit is required from credit card holders honored in Damigos Rent a Car.
INSURANCE: All authorized drivers of Damigos vehicles are covered against to third parties (excluding passengers in Damigos vehicles) for death, injury or damage to property.
COLLISION DAMAGE WAINER (C.D.W.): The renters liability for damage to the Damigos vehicle as mentioned above, can be reduced to 500 € by paying an additional daily fee as follows: 9 € for groups A, B, C, and 12 € for groups C1, D, D1, E, L.
DAMAGES: (f.e. the carter, gearbox, tyres) caused by careless driving are not covered by any insurance.
BABY SEATS: Available on request for children up to 3 years old, free of charge.
AVAILABILITY: Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exeptional cases.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION CHARGES: Early/Night deliveries/collections after working hours (08:00 am - 21:00 pm) are charged 15 €
TAXES: All rates are subject to 16% VAT and 2% Municipality Tax must be paid by the renter. (These charges are included in the price)
GASOLINE: Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.
TRAFFIC FINES: Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during rental period are borne solely by the renter.
